Even though I "knew" a...Same boat as you! Even though I "knew" about cycles, I didn't realize how little I knew about cycles until AFTER i was off the pill. I thought that I needed it for "regulation" of cycles when it turns out I am pretty durn regular! Ironically, the birth control that was suppose to help with my skin, made it worse (adjustment period you know); my mood swings on a tri-phase (better for the skin!) were horrendous (scary highs/lows), every symptom was "me" not exercising, not eating correctly, not getting enough sleep, etc. After our pregnancy (he will be 2 in a few weeks), we made the commitment to each other, our marriage, and God to use NFP. My mood swings are no longer extremes, I still get hormonal acne but no longer have they cystic acne across my cheeks, and my cycle is what my cycle is meant to be.Prof. Hannahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15300702154669290410noreply@blogger.com
